Cancellation policy

1. Payment: Full payment or installment payments, if available through the selected payment provider, must be arranged at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be show based on your location.

2. No-Shows: If a participant fails to attend a scheduled lesson without providing notice, the lesson will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

3. Lessons can be cancelled 48hs before start with a 75% refund of the total price.

4. Lessons can be rescheduled 24hs before start to any available day/time.

 

Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility: Lessons are open to individuals aged 13 and above. Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Registration: To book a lesson, participants must complete the registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.

3. Lesson Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants are responsible for confirming their lesson time and ensuring they are available to attend.

4. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including lesson plans, videos, and resources, are the property of Antisocial Audio and may not be distributed or reproduced without permission.

5. Copyright: Participants are expected to create original work and respect the copyrights of others. Plagiarism and unauthorized use of copyrighted materials will not be tolerated. 6. Liability: Antisocial Audio Ltd and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the lessons.

6. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to behave professionally and courteously during lessons. Antisocial Audio reserves the right to terminate a lesson if a participant engages in inappropriate behaviour or harassment.

7. Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for lesson administration purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Antisocial Audio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
